On entering the Salle Stanislas (the breakfast room), admire the typically French ceilings with exposed beams and gold-leafed fleurs-de-lis, an enormous 16th-century fireplace and stone flagstones. Renovation work in early 2023 subtly combined contemporary materials, including brass and natural stone, with these period features, creating a unique setting for your breakfast: the perfect mix of the past and the present.

Along with the room’s décor with its Louis XIII style, the all-you-can-eat breakfast is fit for royalty too! Most of the products are local: pastries and bread which come from the neighbouring bakery Au Pain de Mon Grand Père, organic yoghurts which come from La Ferme des Forges, local fruit juices, organic jams and spreads, cheese from Les Frères Marchand, local ham and more.
